Isobel Gardner is a licensed and registered psychotherapist and a Certified Mindfulness teacher and coach. She provides Integrative Psychotherapy at her offices in the Harley Street District, Mayfair and Little Venice. She also offers tele health therapy from the comfort of your own location using online platforms that meet strict end-to-end encryption. She treats adult individuals and couples, including Swedish and American expats living in the UK and beyond. She is available to work with you on a broad range of issues to help you overcome some of life’s toughest mental health challenges and substance abuse. Isobel uses a holistic and effective evidence-based treatment style where she integrates modern psychological and neurological sciences such as Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, CBT, Person centered Humanistic Talk therapy & EMDR (Eye-Movement-Desensitisation-reprocessing). She sees very good results in many of her clients as they grow emotionally and behaviourally, often transforming themselves to lead more present, authentic, satisfying and meaningful lives.
